Nora and James asked for their engagement session to take place in New York City, where they both currently live. We were so excited for a mini trip and to shoot in a new area. It’s always fun to be dropped into a new location and just have fun capturing the moments through a camera.

Nora and James brought us to some of their favorite spots in Manhattan and then over to Brooklyn. We finished up the evening at La Esquina for dinner. This place was unreal, we had so much fun. You know a place is going to be awesome when you have to knock on an unmarked door to get in. After dinner we had some time to play with some camera techniques before packing up and heading home. Thanks for a great day guys, can’t wait for the wedding in 2011!

What a wonderful time we had on our shoot with Melissa and Christian at Maudslay Park in Newburyport, MA! The beautiful lighting, location, and mood were the perfect compliment to their endearing chemistry together. Christian and Melissa have always been a fan of this romantic estate in the woods - and so picking a spot for their shoot was an easy decision! Best of luck to these two - and stay tuned for photos from their wedding this September!

Pam and John were such a fun couple to photograph. Their wonderful laid back personalities were the perfect compliment to a sunny beach-side engagement session. We shot the photos around Mashpee on Cape Cod over the 4th of July. The Cape has such a unique look and feel that creatively gave us so much to work with. When we arrived at the beach it felt like we found a secret spot no one else knew about - and we couldn’t get over how amazing the clouds were.

Pam and John are also having a sea-side wedding this October and we cannot *wait* to photograph it.
